I have a ventless fireplace made by Martin Industries(Florence Alabama) and was purchased from Peters Heating in Quincy, Illinois in 9/96. It was originally purchased for 1400.00. It measures 471/2 tall, 581/2 wide, and 25 deep. It is a beautiful oak mantel that is fluted on the corners. It is set up for LP gas, comes with the original manual, and reads"max heat input rating 40,000 BTU per hour) It comes just as shown in pictures. There is no damage at all anywhere. It is big enough to heat a small house, which it did until occupants moved.
