* { font:inherit; } All of our adoptable pets are housed with foster families. They have been spay/neutered, micro chipped and crate trained. They have all been living in a family environment so have been evaluated for temperament and personality. We believe that we should know each pet well enough to make sure that when adopted, everyone lives happily ever after.Blacktop is a sweet, little guy who is looking for a forever home. He loves to play outdoors and lounge in the house. His foster mom is working on crate training and housetraining him. Blacktop would make a wonderful addition to any loving family! Please contact us for more information on adopting him.The DHS organized in November 2008 to care for the unwanted and neglected animals of Northeastern Louisiana. We are funded only by donations. We ARE making a difference but we still have a  LOT to do....
